The contents of this site have been compiled with the greatest care. We cannot however accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness or actuality of such contents.
According to § 7 para. 1 TMG (Telemediengesetz – German Telemedia Act), we as the service provider are liable for our own contents on these pages according to general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as the service provider, however, are not obligated to monitor the transmitted or stored external information or to search for factors that indicate an illegal act.
The obligation to remove or block the use of information according to general laws is not affected hereby. A respective liability is, however, only feasible from the time we become aware of a concrete infringement of the law. As soon as respective infringements of the law are made known to us, we will delete these contents immediately.

Liability for Links

Our services include links to external third-party websites; we have no influence on their content. For this reason, we cannot assume any guarantee for the accuracy of this external content. Each provider or operator of those sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time they were linked. Illegal content was not discernable at the time of the linking. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked sites is, however, not reasonable without concrete indication of illegal activities. Once the existence of a legal infringement becomes known, we will remove such links immediately.
