INP Infrastructure GmbH is repositioning itself for the future: On 1 June 2025, Christoph Küpferle will take over the management of the company together with Michael Schöner. With the new dual leadership, INP is specifically strengthening its expertise in the field of complex infrastructure projects and further expanding its market presence in northern Germany.
Christoph Küpferle has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer and project manager. His focus is on the strategic further development of major projects, in particular through modern project management (EPCM), digital processes and the targeted use of artificial intelligence.
"Infrastructure projects are always people projects. Success comes from the interplay of expertise, partnership-based collaboration and clear implementation skills," emphasises Küpferle.
Before joining INP, he was Managing Director of Consulaqua Hamburg Beratungsgesellschaft mbH. His project references include
- the planning of drinking water supply systems for municipal utilities and water suppliers as general planner
- Project management of the southern Überseequartier in Hamburg's HafenCity district
- Infrastructure planning for the new Grasbrook neighbourhood
- Offshore grid connections for TenneT and wind farm projects for Trianel
- Flood protection measures in Hamburg and Lower Saxony
- Support for the large-scale XFEL research project on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research
