Project description

On the premises of a former refinery in Wörth am Rhein, the Palm company constructed a complete “greenfield” paper plant in record time.
A total of Euro 400 million was invested altogether. The paper machine is the widest system of its kind ever built. With a capacity of 600,000 tons of paper per year, it is also the highest-capacity machine in the world.
