Tasks

For heat supply of district Hausen and a new tram-station in Stuttgart, Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH (SWS) is planning to integrate a large-scale geothermal collector system. To prepare the technical engineering detailed design, SWS ordered INP Deutschland GmbH to provide engineering consulting services. The main target was to prepare a structured technical tender for planning phases LPH 3 to 8 in accordance with HOAI [Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers] including market research and procedural support by INP. For that an analysis of the existing technical concepts, the development of technical optimizations and also evaluation of suitable technical systems was done.

Project description

INP prepared the technical specifications, defined the tender procedure and contractor requirements. In addition, the interfaces between the engineering disciplines and parties involved in parallel projects were analyzed and taken into account in the service specifications. INP supported SWS during bidder negotiations and accompanied the kickoff meeting for the awarded project.
