Project description

The Therma Visayas project on the island of Cebu in the Philippines is an industrial size power plant, with two 155MW Alstom Steam Turbines. The units are coal powered and provide energy to the surrounding industrial complexes.

INP assisted Baker Hughes (BHGE) with commissioning and trouble shooting of both units. Among the specialist services provided by INP were I&C Commissioning of the Alspa Controsteam system, commissioning of the electrical systems including P320 Excitation systems, site management and steam-turbine process commissioning of both units.
