Jebel Ali is the largest power production and desalination facility in the UAE and located just outside of downtown Dubai in the Jebel Ali Industrial Complex. DEWA (Dubai Energy and Water Authority) tasked Siemens to provide a 700MW Extension, consisting of two Siemens 4000F Turbines, 2 HRSGs and 1 Siemens Steam Turbine.

INP supported Siemens with both electrical and unit commissioning. On the electrical side, more than 5 Engineers were on site to complete the project on time and according to DEWAs high standards. The engineers were tasked with both the protection as well as the Medium and Low Voltage systems.

In addition, INP supported the unit commissioning by providing Siemens with skilled mechanical/process commissioning.
